This document clarifies the subscription service types, exclusive benefits, usage rules and relevant specifications applicable to all users who purchase premium membership. All users who complete subscription payment and use premium functions of Visagen are deemed to have fully read, understood and accepted all clauses of these terms.
Visagen provides premium local AI outfit preview subscription services for users who pursue unrestricted and high-quality application experience. The subscription service is an advanced paid service based on the basic free functions of the application. All premium functions still adopt local device computing and local data processing mode. All operation behaviors and generated content during the use of subscription privileges are only stored on the user's local device.
These Subscription Terms are binding on all users who purchase any premium membership package of Visagen. These terms shall be used together with the Visagen User Agreement and Privacy Policy. For any content related to paid subscription services, the provisions of these Subscription Terms shall prevail. All subscription service processes do not involve any collection of user facial data, and all data processing is completed locally by user devices.
All users who successfully purchase any valid Visagen subscription package can enjoy the following fixed exclusive premium benefits throughout the entire valid subscription period. All benefits are based on the local AI technical capabilities of the application and do not involve any external data interaction.
After activating the subscription service, users can completely get rid of the quantity and frequency restrictions of free functions, freely use all local AI outfit preview generation functions, and obtain official priority service support for all usage consultation and problem feedback.
Visagen provides four types of standardized premium subscription packages for users to choose independently, including weekly subscription, monthly subscription, semi-annual subscription and annual subscription. All packages unlock exactly the same full set of subscription benefits, with only differences in valid service duration.
The weekly subscription package provides seven consecutive days of premium membership valid period. During the valid period, users can enjoy unlimited local AI image generations, no daily usage restrictions and priority support services. After the expiration of the cycle, premium privileges will automatically lapse, and the user's usage authority will revert to the basic free version. All data generated during the subscription period is stored locally on the user's device.

Users can freely use all advanced functional privileges of Visagen within the valid cycle, without any daily generation quantity and frequency restrictions, and enjoy exclusive priority support services.
The semi-annual subscription package provides six consecutive months of premium membership valid period. This long-cycle package allows users to stably enjoy all subscription benefits for a long time, fully unlock all local AI outfit preview functions, and obtain continuous priority official support services. All usage behaviors and content generation processes are completed locally on the user's device.
The annual subscription package provides twelve consecutive months of premium membership valid period, which is the longest valid cycle subscription package of Visagen. Users can obtain long-term stable premium service experience, permanently enjoy unrestricted local AI generation privileges within the valid period, and obtain the most complete priority support service guarantee.
The valid time of all subscription packages starts immediately after the user completes the payment successfully. The valid period is calculated in natural time, and the valid duration will not be suspended, interrupted or extended due to user disuse of the application. Users can check the remaining valid time of membership through the internal membership page of the application.
All subscription exclusive privileges are only for the user's personal non-commercial use in the Visagen application. Users shall not transfer, rent, sell or share premium membership privileges to any third party. Unlimited generation privileges are only applicable to the local AI outfit preview generation function of this application.
Users can renew or upgrade their subscription packages at any time during the valid membership period. The valid time of the newly purchased subscription package will be automatically superimposed on the existing remaining valid period. The superimposed valid period will take effect immediately after the original membership time is updated.
All premium subscription services of Visagen rely on the local computing performance of user devices and system adaptation conditions. The application guarantees the normal use of all privileged functions under standard device operating conditions, but does not promise that all generated outfit preview effects can fully meet users' subjective aesthetic expectations.
Users shall use subscription premium functions in compliance with application usage specifications and content compliance rules. Users shall not use premium functional privileges to create, disseminate or derive any illegal, improper or non-compliant content. All inappropriate usage behaviors shall be independently borne by the user, and the application has the right to terminate the subscription service qualification of users who violate relevant rules.
The subscription premium service will automatically terminate when the user's membership valid period expires. Users can also take the initiative to stop using premium privileges during the valid period. After the subscription service terminates, users will no longer enjoy exclusive benefits such as unlimited generation and priority support, and will return to the basic free usage mode of the application. All local data generated during the subscription period will still be retained on the user's device and can be independently managed and deleted by the user.
